Step 1: Register for CampRx
Register online by completing the Camp Registration Form.
Step 2: Inform Parents
Inform Parents of the availability of CampRx services for their children's medications. Our online Resource Center for Camps has sample letters to parents, a CampRx brochure and a mail-order registration packet for your use.
Step 3: Order Shipped Directly to Camp
CampRx will ship your campers' medications to camp 7 - 10 days before the start of their session. When it arrives at camp, each dose of medication is sealed in a medication strip package with a detailed label that includes the child's name, date of birth, medications enclosed, date and time to be administered, and any special instructions. The camp staff simply tears open the perforated packet and hands your child his medications.
Step 4: Track the Status of your Campers
Track the status of your campers online by logging in to your CampRx account. The Camper Summary will show the campers who have enrolled in the program, which medications they have ordered, and any allergies the camper has indicated

CampRx is always free to camps. However, some camps choose to subsidize the CampRx service for their campers in order to recognize the significant time-saving and risk management benefits that we bring to their operations.
Our service costs parents between $15 - $40, depending on the type of medication and length of stay at camp.
$15 for campers with only over-the-counter medications
$30 for campers at camp up to 1 month
$40 for campers at camp for longer than 1 month
These charges are in addition to the campers' prescription copays and/or cost of the camper's over-the-counter medications.

Parents of campers with strict drug regimens may be hesitant to trust camps with their children's health needs. If camps could help provide peace-of-mind for parents, while streamlining their own operations, wouldn't this be worth some serious consideration?
Subsidizing CampRx services will not only ensure that your campers are staying healthy by getting proper doses at the right times, but it will save your camp staff countless hours of sorting and labeling individual medications and dosage needs. Most importantly, it will provide parents with the confidence to entrust their children's medical needs to you.
